# ResellBD Final Launch Checklist (বাংলা)

প্রতিটি পরীক্ষা বাস্তবে চালিয়ে ফল লিখুন: PASS / FAIL / BLOCKED, তারিখ, পরীক্ষক এবং প্রমাণ/লগ। অনুমান করে PASS দেবেন না।

## A. Backup ও পরিবেশ
- [ ] নতুন ResellBD database-এর সম্পূর্ণ backup নেওয়া এবং restore করে দেখা হয়েছে।
- [ ] পুরোনো `bd_reseller_shop` ও তার database অপরিবর্তিত আছে।
- [ ] PHP 8.3+ এবং প্রয়োজনীয় extensions/DB version hosting-এ নিশ্চিত।
- [ ] HTTPS, canonical base URL, timezone, file permissions এবং writable upload/log directories যাচাই।
- [ ] `.env` public web root-এর বাইরে; secrets repository/ZIP/log-এ নেই; debug display production-এ বন্ধ।

## B. Migration ও database
- [ ] Migration `001`–`021` ক্রমানুসারে নতুন database-এ সফল; duplicate migration চালানো হয়নি।
- [ ] Foreign keys, indexes, unique constraints, charset/collation এবং integer paisa columns যাচাই।
- [ ] Backup restore পরীক্ষা সফল; rollback/forward-fix পদ্ধতি লিখিত।
- [ ] Database user-কে প্রয়োজনের অতিরিক্ত privileges দেওয়া হয়নি।

## C. Account ও authorization
- [ ] Registration, login, logout, password reset (যদি configured), session expiry পরীক্ষা।
- [ ] Admin, seller, reseller, customer—প্রতিটি role-এর allowed/denied access পরীক্ষা।
- [ ] CSRF, IDOR, brute-force/rate-limit, session fixation এবং password hash যাচাই।
- [ ] Suspended/limited seller-এর নিষিদ্ধ কাজ server-side-এ আটকে যায়।

## D. Catalog ও inventory
- [ ] Admin product create/edit/approve/reject, image upload/type/size validation পরীক্ষা।
- [ ] Search, category, filters, pagination, unavailable/out-of-stock products পরীক্ষা।
- [ ] Seller-owned products ও storefront visibility/approval policy যাচাই।
- [ ] Price, stock এবং variant পরিবর্তনে concurrent update/oversell পরীক্ষা।

## E. Checkout → delivery → return → refund E2E
- [ ] নতুন customer registration/login।
- [ ] Product browse/search → cart → checkout; server-side price/stock পুনরায় যাচাই।
- [ ] COD order তৈরি, order items ও multi-seller suborders/fee split-এর মোট যোগফল সঠিক।
- [ ] Admin order processing ও courier tracking update।
- [ ] Delivered order এবং customer order history/notification যাচাই।
- [ ] Return request → admin decision → refund record/ledger update end-to-end।
- [ ] Cancel/duplicate submission/retry করলে duplicate order, payment বা ledger entry হয় না।

## F. Manual payments, finance ও seller settlement
- [ ] Manual payment submission, admin approve/reject এবং audit trail।
- [ ] Ledger debit/credit balance, commission calculation, payout request/approval এবং reconciliation।
- [ ] Gateway/courier adapters বাস্তব credentials ছাড়া sandbox/stub-এ; signature verification ও replay/deduplication test।
- [ ] Provider integration production-ready বলা হবে না যতক্ষণ না provider-এর sandbox/live checklist সম্পূর্ণ।

## G. AI feed, content ও pricing safety
- [ ] Feed JSON/CSV size/type/timeout/URL validation; malformed feed safely rejected।
- [ ] AI suggestions queue-তে থাকে; approval ছাড়া live catalog-এ publish হয় না।
- [ ] Pricing floor/margin, maximum discount/change, delivery/platform costs এবং rounding boundary tests।
- [ ] Dry-run কোনো database write/log তৈরি করে না—query/log দিয়ে যাচাই।
- [ ] Pause হলে apply থামে; Resume admin-only; rollback কেবল matching unchanged version-এ কাজ করে।
- [ ] Provider API key secret store-এ; prompt/feed text untrusted data হিসেবে বিবেচিত।

## H. Chat, PWA ও Mobile API
- [ ] Customer শুধু নিজের chat দেখতে/পাঠাতে পারে; admin inbox authorization পরীক্ষা।
- [ ] Token expiry, invalid token, authorization, rate limit, CORS policy এবং API error shape পরীক্ষা।
- [ ] PWA manifest/icon/service worker install, update, offline fallback এবং cache-এ private data না থাকা যাচাই।
- [ ] API-তে customer/order/payment private data অননুমোদিতভাবে প্রকাশ হয় না।

## I. Security, accessibility ও performance
- [ ] XSS, SQL injection, CSRF, upload abuse, path traversal, IDOR, open redirect এবং security headers পরীক্ষা।
- [ ] Error logs-এ password, token, API key বা payment secrets নেই।
- [ ] Mobile/desktop browsers, keyboard navigation, Bengali text, labels, focus, contrast ও 48px touch targets যাচাই।
- [ ] Image optimization, pagination, caching, query plans এবং slow query logs পরীক্ষা।
- [ ] Flash-sale/concurrency/load test বাস্তব staging-এ চালিয়ে latency/error rate/oversell ফল নথিভুক্ত।

## J. Launch decision
- [ ] সব critical/high severity defect বন্ধ; remaining issues owner ও due date-সহ নথিভুক্ত।
- [ ] Backup/restore, incident contact, rollback plan, monitoring এবং post-launch smoke test প্রস্তুত।
- [ ] Privacy policy, terms, returns/refunds, delivery charges, contact info ও consent requirements প্রকাশিত।
- [ ] Owner-এর স্পষ্ট approval-এর পরই production launch।
